I never get tired of staring at this one
Why?
I love the harmony of light blues in the sky, dark blues in the distant ocean and teal/turquoise in the shallow water. The dark shadows of the palm fronds almost whoosh in the breeze along with the swish of the lapping waves rolling up.
Plus, my eyes love the detailed palm leaves on the light blue sky.
The diagonal shoreline pulls the blues of the ocean to contrast the beige of the sand.
The thick texture in the sand.. I find myself wanting to scoop up a handful and let it fall through my fingers. I can feel the warm, saturated sand underfoot and almost hear the firm squish under my foot.
Makes me feel happy…ocean happy 🌊
