What types of products do you offer?

Stride Coastal is coastal art canvases for the wall you keep walking past — pieces that remind you of the water, the warm sand, the gold evening light, the sound you can almost hear when you look at the right piece.

Are the colors exactly the same as what I see on my screen?

Mostly yes — screens vary, especially between phones, laptops, and printed canvas, so there can be small differences in brightness or warmth. Each piece is printed with fade-resistant inks on real archival canvas and color-checked before shipping. If something looks off when your piece arrives, email me at support@stridecoastal.com and we'll sort it out.

Where are your products made?

Each piece is printed and assembled when you order — nothing sits in a warehouse collecting dust. Canvases are produced through a US-based print partner I've worked with for years. The art is designed by me.

How long until my order arrives?

Orders are printed, assembled and packed when your order. Most orders are delivered within 6-11 days.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Yes. At checkout, enter a gift message and ship the order directly to your recipient. The packing slip won't show pricing.

Can I request a custom piece?

Not at this time. The catalog grows from my own work and observation, not from commission. I'm always grateful for what people respond to, but the next pieces come from where I'm already heading.

Can I request a custom size?

Sometimes — depends on the piece, the size, and what makes sense for production. Email me at support@stridecoastal.com with what you're looking for and I'll let you know.

What is your return policy?

Please get all the details you'll need on the returns and refund page.

Orders

When will my order arrive?

Most orders take 3–7 days to be made, since everything is printed or produced just for you. Shipping time varies by location, but typically takes 3–4 business days within the US.

You can usually expect your order in about 6–11 days from the time you place it.

Do you include payment information on the packing slip?

Nope! I never include pricing or payment info on the packing slip — making it easy to send a gift.

Do you offer gift messages?

Not at this time, but I’m always happy to help you send a surprise! Since no pricing is included in the package, any order can be sent directly as a gift.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

I’ve got you covered with a 30-Day Guarantee.

Just email me at support@stridecoastal.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue — I’ll make it right as soon as possible.

My order is lost — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, email me at support@stridecoastal.com within 30 days of your order date. I’ll look into it and get back to you quickly with a solution.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time — since every item is made to order, I’m unable to offer rush shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

I start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email me at support@stridecoastal.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production, I’ll do my best to help.

Do you accept bulk orders?

I sure do! For large orders or special requests, just email me at support@stridecoastal.com and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours (usually sooner).

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time

Can I track my order?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking email after your purchase.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?
