Are the colors exactly the same as what I see on my screen?
Colors can vary slightly depending on your screen settings. I take care to make my designs as true to the original as possible — especially for canvas and print art. If you have any questions about color or want help choosing a piece, I’m happy to help!
What types of products do you offer?
Stride Coastal is a collection of original art, thoughtful gifts, and little coastal treasures — all designed to bring the calm and joy of the ocean into your space.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! Many of my products make perfect gifts. At checkout, you can enter a gift message and have your order shipped directly to your recipient.
Where are your products made?
My artwork is designed by me and printed through trusted partners. Many products are printed in the USA, and everything is made to order to reduce waste and overproduction.
Can I request a custom piece?
Right now, I don’t offer fully custom designs — but I love hearing what people want to see next! Feel free to send me your ideas — your story might inspire my next creation.
Orders
When will my order arrive?
Most orders take 3–7 days to be made, since everything is printed or produced just for you. Shipping time varies by location, but typically takes 3–4 business days within the US.
You can usually expect your order in about 6–11 days from the time you place it.
Do you include payment information on the packing slip?
Nope! I never include pricing or payment info on the packing slip — making it easy to send a gift.
Do you offer gift messages?
Not at this time, but I’m always happy to help you send a surprise! Since no pricing is included in the package, any order can be sent directly as a gift.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
I’ve got you covered with a 30-Day Guarantee.
Just email me at support@stridecoastal.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue — I’ll make it right as soon as possible.
My order is lost — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time, email me at support@stridecoastal.com within 30 days of your order date. I’ll look into it and get back to you quickly with a solution.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at this time — since every item is made to order, I’m unable to offer rush shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
I start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email me at support@stridecoastal.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production, I’ll do my best to help.
Do you accept bulk orders?
I sure do! For large orders or special requests, just email me at support@stridecoastal.com and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours (usually sooner).
Do you ship internationally?

Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking email after your purchase.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
