Do you make these yourself?

I create the artwork myself using an array of digital graphic design tools, and I have a partner that prints and wraps the canvases.

How do you make the art?

I have a 5 step process, that starts with a lot of research. After that I create the image with a suite of graphic design tools, including adding graphics for wrapping the canvas sides. After that I check and recheck everything then prepare the images in the proper sizes for printing. Then I send them off to the print house.

Orders

When will my order arrive?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as 3–4 business days within the US.  So a total of 6-11 days until you get your purchase. 

 

Do you include any payment information on the packing slip?

No price or payment information is ever shown on the packing slip, which makes them great for sending as gifts

 

My print arrived damaged, what should I do?

No problem, we offer the BEACH JOY GUARANTEE. If your purchase arrives damaged, the wrong item arrives or if it just doesn't bring you beach joy, we'll make it right. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@stridecoastal.com within 30 days time and include your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time.

 

My order is lost. What should I do?

Can you accommodate bulk orders?

We can with advanced notice.  Please contact support@stridecoastal.com, and I will get back to you within 48 hours, usually sooner.

Artwork

All our artwork comes with hardware suitable for hanging on your wall.  You don’t have to worry about buying hardware. You'll need a hammer, nail, and measuring tape to hang the canvas. (Click to download a printable measuring tape)
