Do you make these yourself?

I create the artwork myself using an array of digital graphic design tools, and I have a partner that prints and wraps the canvases.

How do you make the art?

I have a 5 step process, that starts with a lot of research. After that I create the image with a suite of graphic design tools.

After the artwork is complete, I add strips to left, right, top and bottom that mirror the artwork and will serve to wrap around the sides and back of the canvas's wooden frame.

Then I go through a series of steps to prepare the image for printing. And from that the image is ready to become your coastal canvas.

Are the colors on the canvas the exact same as what I see on my screen?

Screens can vary slightly in color display, but I take steps to ensure my canvases are as true to the original artwork as possible. If you have any concerns about color accuracy, feel free to reach out.

Do the canvases come ready to hang?

Yes! My canvases come with nail-less sawtooth hangers that are easy to install, so they're ready to display right out of the box—no framing needed.

What sizes do you offer?

My canvases come in a range of sizes, from small giftable prints to oversized statement pieces. You can find exact dimensions on each product page.

Orders

When will my order arrive?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as 3–4 business days within the US.  So a total of 6-11 days until you get your purchase. 

 

Do you include any payment information on the packing slip?

No price or payment information is ever shown on the packing slip, which makes them great for sending as gifts

 

My print arrived damaged, what should I do?

No problem, I offer a 30 Day guarantee. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email me at support@stridecoastal.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time.

 

My order is lost. What should I do?

Can you accommodate bulk orders?

I can with advanced notice.  Please contact support@stridecoastal.com, and I will get back to you within 48 hours, usually sooner.

Do you offer gift messages?

At this time, I don’t include personalized messages, but my canvases arrive without pricing info, making them great for gifts.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

I begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email me at support@stridecoastal.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't gone into production, I'll do my best to accommodate changes.
