How returns work at Stride Coastal
Every piece is printed and assembled when you order, so returns work a little differently than at a typical retailer. Whatever the situation, the first step is always the same: email support@stridecoastal.com. I'll respond with the right next step within a business day.
If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or with a print defect
Email support@stridecoastal.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear, well-lit photos showing the problem plus the whole piece (multiple angles help)

Whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund
A replacement (or refund) is on the way at no cost to you. You don't need to return the original — keep it, donate it, or recycle it.
If your package is lost in transit
If 30 days have passed since the estimated delivery date and your order hasn't arrived, email support@stridecoastal.com with your order number. A replacement is on the way at no cost — no need to do anything else.
If your order arrives correctly but you don't love it
Email support@stridecoastal.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. I'll send you the return address.
Once the piece arrives in original condition, I refund the product cost within 5 business days. You cover return shipping, and original shipping costs are not refunded.

Refund timing
Once a returned piece arrives or a replacement is confirmed, refunds process within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take another 3–7 business days to appear.
