what I mean by beach calm

One mistake I make a lot is that I assume you all know what I mean when I say beach calm or beach peace. I want to make sure we're of the same mind here. So I'm going to try to explain and clear it up for you.

Even though, to me it's really more of a feeling and I don't always have words that are good enough to describe the true feeling, I'll try.

My best description of beach calm.
-
cleaning the kitchen and running errands feel a million miles away and that's a relief
-
no clock, no appointments feels like full-body freedom
-
happiness that comes from the core of my being
-
aww at the vast blue ocean and miles of shore
-
peace that seems protected by the sound of the waves, no doorbell or notifications
-
warm sun, no shoes, and no worries
-
waves that feel like they're sucking away every tense or tight muscle in my body

There, that was my best. And I feel more relaxed after saying it. If you feel the same, then you belong here.
