A confetti of colors
I wanted this one to be bright.
Not subdued, not flat, not passive. Sometimes a sunset throws you a confetti of colors. I was trying to mimic that sunset - the one a photo never seems to capture well. You stand there looking at it, snap a photo of it, and then look at the picture and think that's not it.
It's May. The beach season is about to start. I wanted a coastal canvas that felt like that confetti sunset you're about to be standing in, not the too-dark, too-dull photo on your phone.
So this is what came out.
Honestly? I'm a little worried it's too bright. I keep going back and forth on it. I really hope you like it.
